IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO CONSUME MANUKA HONEY IF I HAVE....?

If you have any specific health concerns, it is best to consult your doctor before consuming Manuka Honey. We do not recommend the consumption of Manuka Honey for babies below 12 months old, as well as individuals with diabetes. 

If you have symptoms of a runny nose, rashes or hives, itching or watery eyes - you might be allergic to honey or bee pollen. Please consult a doctor if you display these symptoms.
